I am a Certified Scrum Trainier and past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Scrum Alliance.  I enjoy working with the broader Scrum community  and helping others learn and use Scrum.  I introduced Scrum and agile to a very large company in 2004 and have spent the last several years training and coaching IT employees in the use of Scrum.  I have also invested considerable time influencing the company culture and work environment to change to become more agile.  I train Scrum as a consulting trainer to several oganizations, too.  I spend as much time as possible with my family (in the photo, my wife Maryann, and my daugters Lindsey - 9, Kristen - 7, and Amanda - 4) and occassionally spoil a good walk with golf, walk our dog, Penny, ride my recumbent bicycle, travel for work and fun, and instruct scuba diving as a PADI dive instructor.
